STATUTE OF
"The Island Costanziaca"
TITLE I - ESTABLISHMENT AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARTICLE 1 AND

ARTICLE 2 The non-profit association, is nonpartisan, has cultural and social purposes only and will pursue the following purposes:
a) promote, through workshops, conferences, debates, conferences and other cultural activities related, the protection, enhancement, preservation and protection of the environment and its ecological processes to guarantee the balance of the lagoon, the waterways and connected to the same lagoon, in all its aspects, ecological, and social planning and in all its potential, cultural, recreational, sports and leisure management, all forms of exploitation or degradation.
b) promote and encourage studies, research projects on key issues of protecting and enhancing the environment for the protection of flora and fauna and to promote the harmonious relationship between the territory and citizens.
ART 3, the Association carries out its activities at its head office at any branch offices and other premises that from time to time be deemed useful for purposes of the instrumentally itself. To achieve the above purposes, the Association will promote the permanent activities, organize events, make popular works in the form of both traditional publishing and multimedia and / or virtual, working with businesses, organizations, institutions and associations.
TITLE II - MEMBERS
ARTICLE 4 The association consists of founding members, ordinary and supporters. The founding members are those who signed the memorandum and form the Board of Directors for the first five years. They can be co-opted other founding members on a resolution of the Board and with the consent of an absolute majority of the founders in charge. Ordinary members are those who made of age, applying for admission to the association, and endorses the objectives, as described in the following articles. Contributing members are those who have not actively participating in social life, support the Association with financial contributions and have the same rights as ordinary members. ARTICLE 5
Anyone aspiring to be admitted to the Association must apply to the Board on the appropriate form, matching the annual membership fee approved by the Board itself.
ARTICLE 6 The admission of ordinary members are the responsibility of the Executive Council, who, after examining the questions, take appropriate decisions and to act with the utmost discretion. Registration is valid until December 31 of each year and must be renewed with pre-registration within the same period, unless it is renewed, the member shall be deemed resigned.
ART 7 can join the 'Association clubs, associations, clubs, committees or organizations claiming to share its social goals and guiding principles, while maintaining their organizational and managerial autonomy. Their partners, who have paid their membership fees in art. 5, have the same rights and obligations of ordinary members and abide by the rules laid down by this Statute with respect to the Association.
ARTICLE 8 The shares of or other services, are established by the Executive Council and payment the same must be made in advance or in other forms established by the Board of Directors.
TITLE III - RESIGNATION AND DISCIPLINARY ARTICLE 9 understood the resigning member does not comply with the payment of dues. TITLE IV - LIFE AND ORGANS OF ARTICLE 12 The period runs from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year, and this state becomes operative from the date of incorporation of the Association.
ARTICLE 13 bodies are: the Assembly, the Executive Council, the President, the Board of Arbitration, the Board of Auditors.
ARTICLE 14 The Assembly is composed of all members in good standing with social obligations. The Assembly is convened in the ordinary way by the Executive Council not later than the first quarter of the year following the year, the registered office or elsewhere, and in extraordinary session when it considers appropriate to the Board of Directors or a request is made by at least one tenth of the members entitled to vote, but not for what concerns the corporate offices and financial management. In the latter case the Meeting shall be convened within twenty days after the formal request. ART 17 The Association is governed by the Board of Directors whose members are elected by the Assembly every five years among those who are founder members of the ordinary or at least five consecutive years of seniority in office. The Board of Directors is in charge for five years and may be reelected. It consists of eight members, who nominate in their area the President, the Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. These appointments, for the first time, are made with the present Articles of Incorporation. The Council may appoint area coordinators, and may decide that they are invited to attend its meetings. The deliberations of the Board are valid with the presence of an absolute majority of its members.
ARTICLE 18 The duties of the Board of Directors:
a) elect the President of
b) coordinate with the President of the Association's activities
c) ensure the fulfillment of administrative
d) consider and decide upon applications Admission
e) take any disciplinary action
f) compiling the budgets for submission to
g) determine the dates of the Meetings members
h) provide for the compilation of the rules of procedure
The Board may also delegate their responsibilities for particular issues, to an Executive Committee composed of the President limited to three or five persons selected by him.
ARTICLE 19 The President represents the association for all purposes of law, directs the Association, meetings of the Executive Council, shall endorse the resolutions, correspondence, the money orders and is the legal representative in any event . ARTICLE 21 The duties of the Secretary:

ARTICLE 22 The duties of the Treasurer:

TITLE V - BOARD OF ARBITRATORS AND AUDITORS
ARTICLE 23 Any dispute arising between Members and Organs of the Parties shall refer the matter to the Board of Arbitration, which judge such friendly and composers whose decisions are final. This Board comprises five members including a maximum of two can be chosen from among persons outside the Association. ARTICLE 24 The Board of Auditors shall be appointed by the shareholders in the number of three components.
TITLE VI - COMMON FUND
ARTICLE 25 The fund consists of fees, the goods purchased by the Association, together with any other entry, payment, donation and by funds set up with the budget surplus. In case of dissolution of the Assembly members will decide on the allocation of assets to an entity having the same purposes or donated to charity. The inventory of assets and the economic and financial report will be prepared and approved annually by the shareholders.

TITLE VII - AMENDMENTS TO THE STATUTES - GENERAL
ARTICLE 29 The proposed changes to the Constitution and the dissolution of the Association may be made by the Board or by at least half plus one of the members through the Board itself. The modification or termination must be approved by the shareholders and voted with the majority of this Statute.
ART 30 All matters not expressly provided for in this Statute shall apply the provisions laid down in the Laws in force.
